Event Sizzle Promo Video

To help PEI promote its next NEXUS conference, Visual Production Partners produced a dynamic sizzle video focused on driving future registrations. Our strategy was to highlight the event's core value: exclusive access to private equity's top thought leaders and unparalleled networking opportunities. The final video powerfully conveys the importance of live attendance, giving PEI a key marketing asset for its promotional campaigns.

Journalism Interview Videos

Tasked with capturing and rapidly distributing time-sensitive insights from industry VIPs, Visual Production Partners designed and built a complete newsroom-quality set on location at PEI's conference. Our professional crew produced 22 broadcast-quality, journalism-style interviews with top executives and keynote speakers over the course of the 3-day event.

With a dedicated on-site editor as part of our integrated team, all 22 finished videos were delivered for same-day publication, empowering our client to share expert commentary in real-time. While the sensitive nature of the industry information discussed prevents us from sharing the full-length versions, this highlight reel demonstrates the high-end production value and seamless logistical execution we bring to corporate events. Clips from the interviews were also used in the sizzle video to highlight the impressive lineup of industry leaders.

Corporate Event Photography

To support PEI's live publication needs, we provided a dedicated event photography team that worked in tandem with their editorial staff.

Our primary objective was to deliver same-day edited photos from all keynote sessions and panel discussions, allowing their journalists to publish articles with high-quality, professional imagery in real-time.

In addition to these immediate press deliverables, we also produced a comprehensive final gallery of corporate event photography. This diverse library captured the full scope of the event, including dynamic speaker shots, attendee networking, sponsor activations, and detailed branding, providing the client with a complete visual record for all their post-event marketing needs.

Live Keynote and Panel Video Coverage

In addition to the on-site newsroom, our team managed the full video capture of the main plenary stage, covering all keynote presentations and panel discussions.

While this footage cannot be shared publicly due to the sensitive industry information discussed, it was a core component of the event's live coverage. Our on-site editors worked in real-time with the client's journalists, editing and delivering key video selects from the stage. This workflow enabled the instant publication of broadcast-quality, multi-camera clips to accompany their live reporting from the event.

Approved soundbites and clips were used to create the sizzle video as well.
