Visual Production Partners produced a sizzle video that highlighted both the Warner Bros Discovery executives at AdWeek NYC and the vibrant NEO launch party. Our approach to this event video coverage went beyond traditional stage recording; the VPP team captured cinematic b-roll of speakers and attendees to create a dynamic edit that conveyed the room's energy and the discussion's impact. At the NEO launch party, on-the-fly (OTF) interviews provided essential context, resulting in a holistic, immersive, and captivating final video.

Social Media Videos

Tasked with capturing and rapidly distributing time-sensitive insights from industry VIPs, Visual Production Partners designed and built a complete newsroom-quality set on location at PEI's conference. Our professional crew produced 22 broadcast-quality, journalism-style interviews with top executives and keynote speakers over the course of the 3-day event.

With a dedicated on-site editor as part of our integrated team, all 22 finished videos were delivered for same-day publication, empowering our client to share expert commentary in real-time. While the sensitive nature of the industry information discussed prevents us from sharing the full-length versions, this highlight reel demonstrates the high-end production value and seamless logistical execution we bring to corporate events. Clips from the interviews were also used in the sizzle video to highlight the impressive lineup of industry leaders.

Video Production Overview

Working closely with the Warner Bros Discovery (WBD) and AdvertisingWeek NYC teams, Visual Production Partners captured 6 panels across 5 stages featuring WBD executives. Video coverage also included WBD's NEO platform launch party and event b-roll. The VPP team provided on-site file transfer to WBD's remote editing team to ensure the fastest possible turnaround for both social media and event sizzle videos. Additionally, remote collaboration allowed our production team to address notes and adjust video coverage to ensure a visually interesting, diverse final edit.
